Why Brazilian & European Equipment
We specialize in commercial equipment from Brazilian and European manufacturers — brands like G.Paniz, Wictory, and others — because these are the machines that were built for the food culture of our core customer base. Brazilian bakery equipment was designed to produce pão de queijo, coxinhas, and pão francês at volume. European deck ovens were engineered for artisan bread in ways that most North American commercial brands simply haven’t prioritized.
These are also machines we know deeply. We’ve installed them, we’ve seen them run, and we know what they can and can’t do.
How We Work
We don’t operate like an online equipment catalog. We come to you. If you’re in Massachusetts — or anywhere in New England — we’ll visit your space, walk the kitchen, look at your floor plan, and talk through your production goals before we recommend anything.
That visit costs you nothing. It saves you from buying equipment that doesn’t fit, doesn’t match your volume, or creates a workflow problem you’ll work around every single day.
